As a representative, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our customers, addressing their concerns, and providing solutions to resolve their issues. Key Responsibilities Professionally answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurance agents, or auto glass shops using scripted prompts Accurately enter claim data into our production systems while on a live phone call Effectively and compassionately guide customers through the process of filing a glass claim, engaging in authentic conversations that build rapport and focus on each customer's specific needs Verify customer insurance coverage and deductible amounts, communicating the information to the customer Assist customers with scheduling repair, replacement, and/or recalibration services at a blithequark location or at a non-blithequark shop, honoring the customer's preference Utilize systems and resources provided to enhance the overall customer experience Provide solutions to resolve customer complaints and concerns, presenting the most accurate product and service information Perform other duties assigned by leadership Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following essential qualifications: Must reside full-time in Arizona, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, or Texas Ability to provide your own equipment, including a personal computer or laptop with Windows 10 or higher, high-speed internet that meets our requirements, and a dedicated workspace free from background noise and interruptions Previous experience working in a contact center or other customer service role High school diploma or equivalent, or actively enrolled 16+ years of age Comfortable working in a highly structured performance-based environment, demonstrating high ethical and confidentiality standards Knowledge of computer and telephone systems, with the ability to operate those systems with confidence in a remote environment Desire to establish rapport and credibility with customers, stores, and peers, with a caring heart and service mindset Ability to read and utilize provided scripting in a conversational and timely manner Demonstrates a high level of empathy and integrity, always doing the right thing Upbeat personality, with an authentic willingness to assist our customers Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following preferred qualifications will make you a stronger candidate: Previous experience working in the auto glass industry or a related field Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology systems Bi-lingual or multi-lingual skills Experience working in a remote or virtual environment Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you'll need to possess the following skills and competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple responsibilities Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, in a remote environment Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new systems and technology Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop in their careers.
