Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills. You should be proficient in basic computer applications and have the ability to navigate multiple systems, with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. A flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, is also required, as well as a quiet, distraction-free workspace with reliable internet connectivity.
