Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing phone and email support for inquiries from sales and healthcare professionals, ensuring timely and accurate responses to their questions and concerns * Answering incoming requests through our multichannel system, which includes order entry, order status verification, and processing return orders * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records, adhering to blithequark's specifications and standardized processes to ensure 100% quality for all orders * Interpreting and explaining detailed information about our processes and procedures, ensuring that customers have a clear understanding of our products and services * Participating in continuous improvement activities and projects, contributing to the growth and development of our team and organization * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in responding to new and rapidly changing situations, prioritizing tasks and managing workload to meet business needs * Providing support beyond standard hours as needed, if call volume and/or workload require additional time **What We're Looking For** To succeed in this role, you will need: * At least 2 years of direct Customer Service or Account Management experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service * A High School diploma or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and teamwork * Experience with Salesforce and/or Systems Applications & Products (SAP), with a willingness to learn and adapt to new systems and technologies * Ability to work flexible hours as needed to support the business needs, with a strong commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, we welcome candidates with: * An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Business Administration or Communications * 3 or more years of Customer Service and Order Entry experience, with a strong understanding of our products and services * Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), or Global Healthcare Exchange (GHX), with a proven ability to navigate complex systems and processes * Experience with PowerBI and/or Genesys, with a strong understanding of data analysis and reporting **Compensation and Benefits** As a valued member of our team, you can expect: * A competitive hourly rate of $20.08 – $32.87 per hour, with opportunities for bonus eligibility and additional compensation based on performance * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as 401(k) matching and paid time off * Opportunities for professional growth and development, with training and support to help you succeed in your role and advance your career **Join Our Team** If you're passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and making a meaningful impact in the lives of healthcare professionals, we invite you to join blithequark's Customer Service team.
