Our team is made up of talented individuals who share our vision and are dedicated to delivering exceptional results. **The Role** As a part-time, remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch support to our customers. You'll be responsible for handling Tier 1 customer calls, emails, and voice mails, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing clear and concise communications. Your primary goal will be to build and maintain excellent customer relationships, identify opportunities for technical support, and work seamlessly with our Tier 2 team to resolve complex issues. **Key Responsibilities:** * Answer customer questions and requests for supplies, service, and troubleshoot 1st-level technical issues via inbound calls and/or voice mails, emails, and alerts. * Provide clear and concise communications and follow up with customers on company schedules, requested lead and delivery times. * Work with the Tier 2 team to pass escalated customer technical issues quickly and efficiently. * Track, route, and escalate unresolved issues to management. * Remain current on constant process updates and technology used within the company. * Perform duties with awareness and in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. * Perform other duties as directed by management. **Your Qualifications:** * High School Diploma * Reliable internet connection (a must-have for this role) * Experience in a call center environment (a plus) * Knowledge of Word Processing software, Spreadsheet software, Order processing systems, and Contact Management systems * Ability to empathize with customers and provide exceptional customer service * Ability to multi-task (i.e., talking and typing simultaneously) in a fast-paced environment * Possess organizational and time management skills * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic internet skills * Demonstrate professional communication skills with a high degree of initiative, mature judgment, and discretion * Ability to navigate through multiple systems **Essential Skills and Competencies:** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic internet skills * Ability to navigate through multiple systems and software applications * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits:** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
