Our Operations Workflow Our operations workflow consists of three major components: First Mile, Middle Mile, and Last Mile. The First Mile is where products are housed and ready for order, while the Middle Mile involves hauling orders to your area. The Last Mile is the final stage, where products are delivered to the customer's door. Although our workflows may have slight variations depending on the building, our vision and dedication to the customer remain constant.
