Your key responsibilities will include: Receiving and processing inventory data with high accuracy and attention to detail Preparing and updating customer orders, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date Utilizing scanners and other equipment to read bar codes and track products Following prompts on screens and adhering to established procedures for data entry tasks Troubleshooting problems and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner Ensuring that all products meet quality requirements and adhering to strict safety and quality standards Physical Demands and Work Environment While this role is primarily remote, you may be required to work in a warehouse environment on occasion. In such cases, you will need to be able to: Lift up to 49 pounds and push utility carts up to 60 pounds Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around Go up and down stairs (where applicable) and work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine (where applicable) You will also need to be able to work in a fast-paced environment with varying temperatures and noise levels, and adhere to strict safety, quality, and fulfillment production standards.
