This is a permanent part-time opportunity with flexible hours, offering a starting pay of up to $20 per hour, depending on experience. **Key Responsibilities** - Receive and process customer requests for technical assistance via phone, email, or online chat - Submit tickets into arenaflex's ticketing system for review by Help Desk technicians - Review each open ticket to determine the outcome and update the customer accordingly - Communicate with customers via email to ensure they receive timely and accurate updates on their tickets - Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and ticket resolutions - Collaborate with Help Desk technicians to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service - Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring timely and accurate ticket resolution **Essential Qualifications** - Previous experience in I.T.
