Job Summary We are looking for a talented and experienced Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative to work with our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for performing data entry tasks, answering high-volume customer requests, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients and clients. Key Responsibilities Utilize arenaflex's prescription data entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollments by entering information into the appropriate system. Handle patient medication requests within HIPAA guidelines and enter refill orders for processing. Investigate to obtain missing prescription information and interpret medical abbreviations (SIG codes). Resolve all data entry-related exceptions. Handle communication to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and make outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis. Resolve Third-Party Rejections by investigating, gathering information, making corrections, and resubmitting for processing according to individual plan requirements. Make phone calls to payers and others to obtain information, gain override approval, or otherwise resolve Third-Party Rejections. Provide support to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations. Identify and communicate issues to senior-level staff as appropriate. Acquire an active professional license or certification within the initial 90 days and maintain an active professional license or certification. Essential Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a related field. Basic level computer skills (for example: start and shut down a computer, use a mouse to point and click, start and close programs, switch between applications, save files, print documents, and/or access information online). Basic web browser skills to include opening a browser, typing in URLs in the correct location, using a search engine, bookmarking a site, navigating using back/forward/stop buttons, and filling out forms online. Transitional level keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Communicate effectively in writing and verbally. Preferred Qualifications At least one year of pharmacy technician experience in a retail or call center environment. Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including meeting quality standards for services and assessment of customer satisfaction. Transitional to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, formatting documents). Familiarity with Spanish and English.
