Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Pharmacist to join our team in a part-time, remote capacity. As a Pharmacist with arenaflex, you will be responsible for executing medical services procedures and driving patient wellbeing results. You will also be responsible for implementing patient intervention pharmacy programs, ensuring compliance with clinical pharmacy services, and driving pharmacy financial performance. Key Responsibilities Carry out direct patient care programs, including but not limited to Drug Treatment Management programs, Vaccination Services, and Payer and Pharma Adherence and Clinical Projects. Drive the execution of numerous field-tested strategies and projects to guarantee business needs are being met. Drive compliance and continuous quality improvement in the delivery of clinical pharmacy patient care and services by analyzing, assessing, and redesigning processes; monitoring and analyzing outcomes; and implementing changes. Ensure region pharmacies comply with regulatory compliance, standard operating procedures, and FDA guidelines. Drive local pharmacy financial performance by aligning business strategies to company financial objectives. Implement and execute patient intervention pharmacy projects to maximize financial performance. Uphold efforts on improving patient experience by increasing focus on healthcare services (e.g., patient consultation, medication management, drug treatment reviews, and retail, clinical, or health services, such as vaccinations, disease state management, and Specialty programs). Provide expertise, resources, education, and support to pharmacists and field leadership. Support staff training experiences and development opportunities. Conduct data and clinical reviews and making meaningful actions to ensure accuracy and appropriateness of medications. Review drug records and patient profiles to ensure proper and safe medication treatment. Provide individualized patient/supplier consultation. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to have a Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field, as well as a current Pharmacist license as allowed by the relevant state licensing authority. You will also need to have experience advancing colleagues to research and resolve issues, working with confidential information, and utilizing time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Preferred Qualifications While not required, we prefer candidates who have the ability to obtain other state pharmacy licenses if necessary, knowledge of insurance plans, and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
