Job Overview: Part-Time Spanish Tutor We are seeking an experienced and passionate Spanish tutor to join our team in Oshkosh, WI. Key Responsibilities: Provide high-quality, one-on-one instruction to students in Spanish, tailored to their individual needs and learning styles Develop and implement personalized lesson plans, incorporating effective teaching strategies and materials Teach executive, organizational, and study skills to students, helping them to develop essential life skills and academic habits Service existing clients' concerns, questions, and requests, providing excellent customer service and support Submit session reports to our office and families within 24 hours of each tutoring session, ensuring timely and effective communication Collaborate with our team to ensure that students receive comprehensive support and guidance, helping them to achieve their full potential Minimum Qualifications: Minimum 2 years of experience in the education field and industry, with a focus on tutoring or teaching Minimum 2 years of experience in tutoring/teaching in specialized education fields, such as working with students with dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and dyslexia Credentialed tutors and/or graduate degrees are a plus, but not a requirement Experience with basic database/data entry, as well as strong administration skills and typing, PC, and recording skills Reliable transportation with current car insurance is a must, as well as access to the internet, a computer, and a smartphone Preferred Qualifications: Experience teaching Spanish as a second language, with a strong understanding of language acquisition and pedagogy Familiarity with various teaching methods and materials, including technology-based resources and multimedia tools Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with students, parents, and colleagues A strong passion for education and a commitment to helping students achieve their full potential Flexibility and adaptability, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and respond to changing needs and priorities What We Offer: We offer a competitive salary range of $16-$20 per hour, as well as opportunities for professional growth and development.
