**Experienced Patient Customer Service Representative – Remote Work Opportunity**

Together, we are committed to embracing possibilities and changing lives. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Support Representative, you will be responsible for: * Answering 80+ inbound calls per day from patients, doctor's offices, and/or private insurance carriers * Initiating payment plans for patients with outstanding balances * Routinely utilizing multiple resources to resolve patient inquiries while on the phone * Maintaining performance goals * Ability to become proficient with processes after completing a structured training program **Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities** To succeed in this role, you will need: * Ability to work and learn in a fast-paced environment * Attention to detail * Perform successfully in a team environment * Excellent organization skills * Proficiency navigating multiple computer screens and applications * Alpha-Numeric data entry proficiency * Excellent communication skills **Requirements** To be considered for this role, you must: * Have a High School Diploma or equivalent * Be able to work from home with a dedicated workspace * Be able to manage time and tasks independently while maintaining productivity * Have previous medical and/or call center experience (a plus) **Technical Requirements** To ensure a seamless remote work experience, you will need: * Internet download speed of at least 50 megabytes per second * No satellite internet * Ability to connect equipment to router/modem with Ethernet cord (equipment cannot be connected through Wi-Fi, mobile routers, or mobile hotspot with Ethernet port) **Why Join blithequark?** As a Customer Service Support Representative at blithequark, you can expect: * Work from home opportunity * Quarterly variable bonus potential * Generous paid time off * Medical, Vision, and Dental Insurance Options * Flexible Spending Accounts * 401(k) and Employee Stock Purchase plans * No Charge Lab Testing * Fitness Reimbursement Program * And many more incentives! **Pay Range** The pay range for this role is $15.25-$21.00 or State/Local minimum wage, if higher. **Application Window** The application window for this role closes on 12/6/2024. **Shift and Schedule** The shift for this position will be Monday-Friday; 11am-8pm (EST) which is 10am-7pm CST and 9am-6pm (MST) and 8am-5 pm (PST). **Benefits** As a blithequark employee, you will be eligible for comprehensive benefits, including: * Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement, and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. **Equal Opportunity Employer** blithequark is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
