About Our Unique Model Stretchplex stands out from the crowd by partnering with leaders in outpatient physical therapy to provide specialized wellness services. Our team, known as Body Coaches, are dedicated professionals who are passionate about helping clients achieve their goals. As a Body Coach, you'll be part of a dynamic team that values lifelong learning and is committed to delivering the best possible experience for our clients. Key Responsibilities Deliver high-quality, one-on-one assisted stretch sessions that meet the unique needs of each client Motivate and encourage clients throughout their stretch sessions to help them achieve their goals Build and maintain a loyal client base through effective sales and retention strategies Manage client care by consistently updating client notes, booking follow-up appointments, and renewing memberships Provide a best-in-class stretching experience that includes booking weekly recurring appointments and maximizing client utilization of sessions/membership Ensure client safety by enforcing Stretchplex policies and safety rules, and using proper stretch techniques Participate in staff meetings and required educational presentations to stay up-to-date on the latest techniques and best practices Handle member concerns and assist sales associates and the General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention Keep equipment clean and well-maintained to ensure it's available for client use at all times Essential Qualifications To succeed as a Personal Trainer at Stretchplex, you'll need: A passion for creating a welcoming and inclusive environment that fosters a love of boutique wellness A background in personal training, athletic training, physical therapy, massage therapy, or a related field A fitness certification or a 4-year degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology Excellent communication skills and the ability to exude empathy and understanding A professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies Availability to complete our Body Coach Training Program, which includes online tutorials and in-person/hands-on training Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience working in a fitness or health environment where you've provided hands-on training to clients A background in Pilates or yoga instruction A strong understanding of stretching, mobility, and flexibility techniques What We Offer At Stretchplex, we're committed to providing a supportive and rewarding work environment that allows you to grow and thrive.
