We're proud to be a part of this critical mission and invite you to join our team as a Phone and Chat Specialist. **Responsibilities** As a Phone and Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for: * Managing large volumes of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner * Handling multiple chat channels simultaneously, providing prompt and accurate responses to customers * Following established communication scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency * Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives * Accessing company and client resources to accurately handle calls * Performing data entry and customer service tasks with precision and attention to detail * Navigating online platforms efficiently to verify credentials and process requests * Working with customers to resolve issues and provide support * Maintaining a positive and professional demeanor in all customer interactions * Demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment **Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * 1 year of customer service or customer support experience * 1 year of previous call center or office background experience required * Technical savvy and proficiency in navigating online platforms * Previous remote work from home experience a plus * Quick learner and able to work independently * Strong phone and verbal communication skills, along with active listening * Ability to type 35 words per minute accurately * A background check applicable with state and federal laws is required **Essential Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Proficiency in navigating online platforms and software applications * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their skills.
