Position Overview As a Physical Therapy or Chiropractic Assistant at StretchLab, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional stretching experiences to our clients. You will work closely with our team of experts to provide one-on-one assisted stretches, lead guided group stretching classes, and contribute to the growth and success of our studio. Key Responsibilities Deliver one-on-one assisted stretch sessions and lead guided group stretching classes for up to 6 clients, ensuring a safe and effective stretching experience for each individual Encourage and motivate clients throughout stretch sessions, helping them to achieve their goals and reach their full potential Build StretchLab membership and retain current clientele through sales and outreach to leads, utilizing your excellent communication skills and ability to connect with people Manage client care by delivering a best-in-class stretching experience, updating client notes consistently, and booking client's weekly recurring appointments Ensure the safety of clients in regards to proper stretch techniques and enforce StretchLab policies and safety rules, maintaining a clean and organized studio environment Attend staff meetings and required educational presentations, staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry developments Handle member concerns when applicable, providing exceptional customer service and support Assist Sales Associates and General Manager with studio tours and sales as needed, contributing to the growth and success of our studio Maintain a strong social media presence to promote client membership and retention, sharing your passion for stretching and wellness with our online community Essential Qualifications Love of boutique fitness environment and a passion for stretching, mobility, and flexibility Previous experience as a Massage Therapist, Personal Trainer, Physical Therapist, or Pilates or Yoga Instructor Experience working in a fitness/health environment where you provided hands-on training with clients Fitness certification required, with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology, and biomechanics Ability to create a positive environment that welcomes all people, with excellent communication skills and empathy Must love connecting with people and have a passion for helping them achieve their goals Professional work ethic, reliability, and adherence to our attendance policies Preferred Qualifications Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on customer service Knowledge of sales and marketing principles, with the ability to promote our services and build client relationships Strong social media skills, with the ability to create engaging content and promote our brand Experience with studio management software and other relevant technology Certifications in related fields, such as physical therapy, chiropractic care, or massage therapy Skills and Competencies Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to adapt to new situations and challenges Ability to work effectively in a team environment, with a strong focus on collaboration and mutual support Passion for learning and professional development, with a commitment to staying up-to-date on the latest techniques and industry developments Strong attention to detail, with a focus on delivering high-quality services and ensuring client satisfaction Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At StretchLab, we're committed to helping our team members grow and develop their skills, both personally and professionally.
