Requirements: Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as customer service, communications, or a related discipline. Proficiency in both Polish and English is required to effectively communicate with stakeholders and provide support to our global customer base. Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, preferably in the finance or e-commerce industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving customer complaints. High level of honesty and integrity, with a strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit. Willingness to work under different work shifts, including night shifts, to ensure that our customers receive support around the clock.
