About the Role As a Pre-Licensed Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. Our comprehensive 5-day paid training program will equip you with the knowledge and skills necessary to prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we'll provide you with a trainer, study materials, and cover the cost of the exam. Upon passing the exam, we'll support you in obtaining your license in all 50 states and territories where we operate. Key Responsibilities Utilize excellent decision-making skills and innovation to resolve complex customer issues and respond to consumer concerns while adhering to company and departmental guidelines. Resolve high-level consumer issues in a fast-paced environment and advise first-level representatives on complex issues. Assist policyholders with billing questions and concerns, provide support for policy changes, and offer recommendations to meet their needs. High school graduate or GED equivalent, with a strong foundation in oral and written communication skills.
