How to Become a Licensed Insurance Agent Teleperformance offers a unique opportunity for career growth and professional development. We provide a 5-day paid training program to help you prepare for the State Insurance Exam, and we cover the cost of the exam and provide a trainer to support you. After you pass your exam, we will support you in obtaining your license in the 50 states/territories we operate in.
