Job Overview In this critical role, you will be responsible for monitoring and ensuring the accuracy of our pricing analytics and operations team through audits and process improvement activities. Your primary focus will be on auditing operations teams and system outputs, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing process and system enhancements to drive operational excellence. You will also be responsible for tracking and maintaining quality metrics for assigned processes, interacting with cross-functional teams, and helping to drive operational and system improvements that delight our customers. Key Responsibilities Audit operations teams and system outputs to ensure accuracy and identify areas for improvement Suggest and implement process and system improvements to drive operational excellence Track and maintain quality metrics for assigned processes, identifying trends and areas for improvement Interact with business, automation, and technology teams to drive operational and system improvements Collaborate with stakeholders to identify emerging process performance trends and develop strategies to address them Develop and maintain a deep understanding of blithequark's core values and translate them into everyday practices Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong foundation in process improvement and quality assurance, as well as excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
