About the Role: Procurement & Logistics Manager We're looking for a seasoned Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team and play a pivotal role in optimizing our supply chain operations, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring the seamless flow of goods and services. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for developing and executing procurement strategies, overseeing logistics operations, and leading a team of procurement and logistics professionals. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute procurement strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives, driving cost savings and process improvements. Source and select suppliers, negotiate contracts, and establish mutually beneficial relationships that foster collaboration and innovation. Monitor market trends, identify opportunities for cost savings, and implement innovative procurement practices that stay ahead of the curve. Oversee the end-to-end logistics process, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective communication, driving business outcomes and customer satisfaction. Manage inventory levels and optimize stock holding to minimize carrying costs while meeting demand, using data-driven insights and analytics. Evaluate supplier performance and implement corrective actions as necessary, ensuring high-quality standards and compliance. Essential Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred). Proven experience (5+ years) in procurement and logistics management, preferably in a similar industry or sector. Strong negotiation skills with a demonstrated ability to secure favorable terms and conditions. Proficiency in supply chain software and tools to optimize processes and analyze data.
