About the Role: Product Manager, Customer Service We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product Manager to lead the development and improvement of our contact center platform. As a key member of our Customer Service Innovation team, you'll be responsible for ensuring our customer support tools and technologies are best-in-class, enabling our support specialists to deliver outstanding service to our customers. This is a part-time, remote work-from-home opportunity, offering a competitive salary of $26 per hour. Key Responsibilities: Provide product management leadership to our contact center platform, including new feature adoption, feature enhancements, data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with our internal tools. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, operations, and data science, to deliver a top-tier platform experience that enables our Customer Support team to provide exceptional customer experiences. Partner with every CS functional team to better understand their vision and challenges and deliver the most effective solutions together. Manage integrations and adoption of product features through close collaboration with our engineering and data scientist teams, as well as third-party solution providers or consulting firms. Embody the unique Netflix culture and values, including a strong focus on delivering an incredible customer and specialist experience. Expand product management responsibility to other tools as business needs arise. Essential Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you'll need: 5+ years of experience in product management for customer or internal-facing products, with a focus on Customer Support contact centers. Related experience working with Contact Center Platform, CCaaS, CPaaS, or UCaaS, whether third-party or in-house build. Ability to make difficult decisions informed by both data and judgment. Deep focus on delivering an incredible client and specialist experience. Demonstrated track record of implementing projects that quantifiably improved client and specialist experiences. Organizational leadership and influence without authority. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to build trust and create collaborative relationships cross-functionally. Ability to motivate, inspire, and lead engineers and designers. Preferred Qualifications: While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Experience managing global products. Knowledge of cloud-based contact center platforms and technologies. Familiarity with agile development methodologies and lean principles. Experience working with data analytics and visualization tools.
