Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Product Designer to lead the design of our partner enablement platform, XD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating top-tier Netflix stage experiences for our global partners. This is a remote-friendly role that offers the flexibility to work from home and set your own schedule, with occasional in-person meetings in Los Gatos or Los Angeles for collaboration and team-building activities. Key Responsibilities Lead the design and implementation of enterprise experiences that power Netflix's partner experiences, enabling Netflix to be streamed on any device, anywhere. Recognize, research, and drive key partner initiatives that enable next-generation experiences. Create design briefs that provide business, design, and engineering clarity for critical drives. Collaborate with engineers, product managers, data scientists, tech writers, and business teams to develop and iterate on new ideas and work with product execution. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our partners' needs and preferences, using this knowledge to inform design decisions. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our design practices and processes. Essential Qualifications A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., design, human-computer interaction, computer science). 2+ years of experience as a Product Designer (or equivalent experience) in a B2B or B2B2C space, leading high-impact drives from concept to execution in technical business areas. Experience working in technical systems, with a strong ability to reduce complex problems down to the right balance of flexibility, power, and usability. A strong portfolio that showcases your problem-solving skills, with a focus on designing across products, platforms, and personas. Experience working with design systems and the ability to identify and amplify shared patterns and behaviors. Preferred Qualifications Experience working with complex enterprise systems, data platforms, and technical environments. Experience driving design strategy for enterprise platform drives (e.g., influencing product direction from the perspective of experience design). Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and how to apply them in a technical context. Experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, and InVision. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
