The Difference You'll Make As a Product Marketing Manager for Airbnb Experiences, you'll be responsible for: Developing and maintaining a product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Airbnb Experiences Synthesizing feedback and translating it into product features that drive business growth Crafting a public-facing messaging and narrative for Experiences that resonates with our audience Aligning product teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless execution Developing partnerships with a focus on supply and demand to drive business success Ensuring the existing storefront is healthy and the quality bar is high Role-modeling behaviors that encourage open communication and curiosity Making judgements and prioritization decisions that are in the best interests of our users Efficiently executing to ship products and deliver impact for our business and users Your Expertise To succeed in this role, you'll need: 8+ years of product management and/or product marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving business growth Experience creating product messaging and delivering to customers and the media, with a strong understanding of how to craft compelling customer-focused stories Demonstrated inbound and subject matter expertise, with the ability to build credibility with stakeholders A strong ability to effectively use data and perform business analysis to support product strategy and decisions Experience working on consumer products that drive significant revenue, with a deep understanding of the consumer landscape A demonstrated track record of product leadership in a cross-functional environment, with the ability to drive execution across teams Entrepreneurial spirit, with a proven ability to take an idea to reality and lead teams through a dynamic environment Strong ability and desire to travel frequently, including domestic and international Essential and Preferred Qualifications We're looking for someone who is not only experienced in product marketing but also passionate about creating products that delight users. Compensation, Perks, and Benefits We're offering a competitive salary range of $192,000 - $235,000 USD, depending on your experience and qualifications.
