As a Product Principal, you will focus on connecting strategies and defining scope across multiple product teams and domains, ensuring the delivery of business value and driving customer satisfaction through the production of quality products. You will work closely with Product Directors, cross-functional program leaders, and senior-level leaders to guide in-depth business reviews, communicate and present across all levels of the organization, and drive change management and process improvement. Key Responsibilities Delivery and Execution (10%) : Coordinate with Distinguished Engineers, User Experience Principals, and impacted teams to ensure a clear path to scope is known and aligned. Review recommended solutions and work of product teams to ensure products are aligned with company, stakeholder, and end-user priorities. Strategy and Planning (60%) : Partner with Cross-Functional Programs or Technology Portfolios to align outcomes, cascade context up to leadership and strategy down to balanced teams using OKRs, and lead cross-functional discovery by partnering with UX Principals, Distinguished Engineers (DEs), and balanced teams. Create, coordinate, and sequence activities to ensure alignment across impacted teams, providing visibility of the work through holistic roadmaps with dependencies. Team and Stakeholder Management (30%) : Partner with leadership to represent the portfolio during enterprise planning, coordination, and discovery. Foster collaboration across multiple teams and portfolios to drive value, identify and resolve impediments, and manage cross-functional team and stakeholder expectations to ensure scoping aligns with product strategy. Provide education to requestors to determine prioritization based on tangible benefits and/or user experience. Qualifications and Skills To succeed as a Product Principal - Customer Experience at arenaflex, you will need to possess a unique blend of skills, experience, and competencies.
