Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced QA Analyst to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in overseeing tasks related to our paid in-stage content advancement group. Your primary responsibilities will include establishing measurement and dashboard requirements, improving existing estimation systems and tools, and optimizing data solutions for budget and mission estimation. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with advertising campaign managers, operations, and our central analysis team to gather data and metrics requirements Manage and enhance integrated reporting for internal marketing spend and performance, leading audits, improving data processes surrounding data flow, and ensuring data accuracy Oversee in-house processes for advertising experimentation, tracking and logging ongoing studies/tests across arenaflex platforms, and building automation to improve data accuracy and scalability Write efficient SQL queries to retrieve and analyze data from database tables Partner with our analysis and cross-functional partners to identify and rectify data integrity/accuracy issues across our reporting, data framework, dashboards Essential Qualifications Bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in a relevant field 2+ years of experience in SQL (Oracle, Vertica, Hive, MySQL, etc.) Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams Experience building/working distributed systems of data extraction, ingestion, and processing of large datasets from multiple sources Self-starter with flexibility to work in a fast-changing environment and uncertain circumstances Experience working independently and a history of taking initiative Strong presentation and interpersonal skills Preferred Qualifications Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training Experience with data analysis and reporting tools Knowledge of data visualization techniques and tools Experience with agile development methodologies Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Skill and Competency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a unique combination of technical, business, and interpersonal skills.
