We collaborate with key stakeholders, including Operations, RME, ACES, Supply Chain, Transportation, WW Design, and more, to deliver robust products that seamlessly integrate into the Amazon Fulfillment network. **Job Summary** We're seeking an exceptional Quality Assurance Engineer - Virtual & Simulation Testing to join our MSP team. As a key member of this team, you'll develop and execute virtual system test plans (simulations) to validate system-level requirements, meet customer deliverables, and ensure integrated system performance across all sub-components. Your expertise will be instrumental in creating simulation environments to early validate and stress-test end-to-end solutions, ensuring new products are ready for operation, maintenance, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop, implement, and execute simulations and Hardware-In-the-Loop (HIL) testing to virtually validate end-to-end solutions with real-life software * Virtually ensure that products meet required specifications for quality, function, operation, reliability, maintenance, training & learning, deployment, process- and MHE- integration, service, and support prior to delivery * Identify and set appropriate quality standards and parameters for products * Communicate quality standards and parameters to the product team, including hardware, software, controls, and materials development teams * Coordinate simulations and testing processes * Identify and analyze issues, bugs, defects, and other problems, particularly when problems recur in multiple products; recommend and facilitate solutions to these issues * Connect with internal customers (Operations, RME, ACES, PE, OpsEng, WWDE, etc.), review client, customer, and user feedback * Maintain compliance with federal, state, local, and organizational laws, regulations, guidelines, and policies **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree (BS) * 5+ years proven experience working with large cross-functional engineering teams with modeling, simulation, testing, integration, and/or quality assurance domain expertise * Proven experience in fulfillment systems with storage equipment, material handling systems, automated sortation systems, and related automation equipment * Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Ability to travel up to 70% to business locations and project sites **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with complex automated material handling equipment, packaging technologies, and systems, including robotics, and high-speed manufacturing * Strong communication skills to coordinate with team members, operations, and management * Project managing skills to start projects and finish projects successfully **What We Offer** * A dynamic and innovative work environment that fosters collaboration and creativity * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off * A commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with a focus on creating a workplace that values and respects all employees * A chance to work on cutting-edge projects that make a real impact on end-users **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented Quality Assurance professional with a passion for innovation and collaboration, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
