Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Quality Control Standards Data Analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our Quality Control Strategies and Guidelines Group, you will play a crucial role in driving a culture of safety, efficiency, and innovation by identifying statistical trends and performance metrics to improve the Quality Control division. This is a remote, full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary of $26 per hour and a chance to work with a talented team of professionals who share your passion for excellence. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate will be responsible for: Performing and assisting others in the Quality Control team in timely data collection, validation, and root cause analysis on data elements Assisting in creating and communicating results from complex data and analysis for both technical and non-technical stakeholders and leaders Assisting in investigating critical ad-hoc requests resulting from emerging maintenance issues and providing insightful reporting to enable senior leadership to make informed business decisions while balancing existing project responsibilities Presenting insights, trends, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to support the relevant areas of the analysis and facilitate stakeholder understanding Assisting in developing and distributing specific queries to pull and organize data from various sources, establishing the frequency, and validating the necessity of the data requirements Identifying irregularities in processes through audits/surveys and communicating findings to the team Evaluating the effectiveness of processes and procedures by monitoring for trends and errors Ensuring that a compliance mindset is at the center of every decision Performing other work duties as directed by the team leader Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A bachelor's degree in a relevant field Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, organize, and analyze critical measures of data with attention to detail and accuracy Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively listen to, understand, and communicate ideas and present written, verbal, or presentation materials to groups of diverse audiences Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with knowledge of data visualization tools and skills, such as Tableau, Alteryx, and QuickBase, being highly desirable The ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics A strong work ethic and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Past internship, capstone projects, and research coursework experience Experience working in a related field, with a strong understanding of quality control principles and practices Knowledge of PowerPoint and the ability to build presentations for verbal communications Experience with project management and the ability to plan and support large business initiatives Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our team members.
