Job Overview arenaflex is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join its team. As a key member of the Veterinary Support team, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, handling data entry tasks, and working closely with veterinary facilities to resolve issues and answer queries. This is a full-time remote opportunity that offers a competitive hourly rate of $28/hour and a comprehensive benefits package. Key Responsibilities Connect directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests Analyze and troubleshoot issues to determine appropriate solutions for customers and center partners, and follow up on a case-by-case basis to resolve issues Complete data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex healthcare software Maintain a high level of quality through data entry and order processing of veterinary pharmacy orders Work with empathy, undivided attention, patience, compassion, and courtesy to customers and partners alike Communicate with veterinary facilities via phone (and occasionally other channels on a case-by-case basis) with various topics, primarily using our internal program and systems to navigate arrangements and record center note accounts Expect a significant part of the typical business day to be outbound veterinary center/client phone contacts Essential Qualifications 2 years of experience working in a customer or healthcare-focused environment Demonstrated excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening) Ability to multitask (e.g., chat on the phone while navigating on the computer and taking notes) Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and demonstrate attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook High school education or equivalent Must be able to obtain a Pharmacy Technician License from the Kentucky Board of Pharmacy where applicable Critical thinking skills Demonstrated ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment Ability to adapt to change according to the business needs of the organization Flexibility to adjust schedule and work overtime as needed by the specialty unit Must demonstrate ability to maintain confidentiality and secure sensitive information Must be able to pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field Experience working in a pharmacy or healthcare setting Knowledge of veterinary medicine and pharmacy practices Experience with data entry software and systems Certification as a Pharmacy Technician or related field Career Growth and Development arenaflex is committed to the growth and development of its employees.
