You will work closely with our Quality Control team to develop and implement data-driven solutions that enhance our processes and drive business results. If you're a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for data analysis, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. **Key Responsibilities** The following are some of the key responsibilities of the Quality Control Standards Data Analyst: * Perform and assist others in the Quality Control team in collecting, reviewing, and analyzing data to identify trends and areas for improvement. * Help create and present results from complex data analysis to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Assist in exploring ad-hoc requests arising from emerging maintenance issues and provide insightful answers to enable Senior Leadership to make informed business decisions while adjusting existing task responsibilities. * Present findings, patterns, and potential recommendations using data visualization tools to facilitate partner understanding. * Assist in developing and disseminating specific queries to extract and organize data from various sources, outlining the rhythm, and approving the need of the data requirements. * Identify irregularities in processes through reviews/surveys and communicate findings to the team. * Assess the effectiveness of processes and strategies by observing for patterns and errors. * Ensure that a compliance mindset is at the forefront of every decision. * May perform other work assignments as directed by Group Leader. **Essential Qualifications** To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as data analysis, statistics, or business administration. * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collect, coordinate, and analyze large datasets with precision and accuracy. * Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. * Ability to evaluate business issues, identify opportunities for data needs, and interpret resulting metrics. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or QlikView. * Strong understanding of data analysis principles and methodologies, including statistical analysis and data mining. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications are preferred: * Experience with data analysis tools such as Alteryx, QuickBase, or SQL. * Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or QlikView. * Experience with data mining and statistical analysis techniques. * Strong understanding of business operations and processes. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines. * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. **Work Environment and Culture** As a Quality Control Standards Data Analyst at blithequark, you will be part of a dynamic and supportive team that values innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction.
