You will also be working in various weather conditions, including heat, rain, and snow. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule, and you will work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority. **Compensation and Benefits** As a Ramp Agent, you will enjoy a competitive salary of $19.00 per hour, with regular pay increases through 10.5 years of service.
