Job Overview We are currently seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Remote Automotive Service Department Appointment and Customer Service Representative to join our Service Business Development Department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing world-class customer experiences, scheduling appointments, and working closely with our Service Managers to ensure seamless customer interactions. This is a full-time, remote position, offering the convenience of working from the comfort of your own home. Please note that only residents of Texas will be considered for this role.
