About the Role We're seeking an experienced and skilled Call Center Customer Service Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling customer service calls, and reviewing completed service tickets for quality assurance. Your exceptional communication skills, positive attitude, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment will make you a valuable asset to our team. Key Responsibilities Provide exceptional customer service during all inbound and outbound phone calls, maintaining effective relationships with peers, multiple internal/external customers, and senior leaders. Schedule service customers with local technicians as needed, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery. Review completed service tickets for quality assurance in your region, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our services. Act as a liaison and corporate contact for arenaflex installation and service teams at the local office in your region, fostering strong relationships and collaboration. Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and patient, with a strong focus on detail and data efficiency, to ensure seamless customer interactions. Perform other duties as assigned by your supervisor, demonstrating your flexibility and commitment to supporting department and company-wide initiatives. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you'll need: A High School Diploma or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for your future growth and development. At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues efficiently. At least 1 year of previous office or administrative experience, with a strong understanding of office operations and administrative procedures. Computer and keyboard proficiency, with the ability to perform job duties in a paperless environment, utilizing technology to enhance productivity and efficiency. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner, both internally and externally. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to logically connect ideas, scrutinize and evaluate arguments, find inconsistencies and errors in work, and solve complex problems, all while maintaining a positive and professional demeanor. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy, team-oriented environment, with a "roll up your sleeves" and "today not tomorrow" mentality, driving results and achieving goals. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, the following skills and qualifications will be highly regarded: Ability to type at least 50 words per minute (wpm), with a high level of accuracy and efficiency, to ensure timely and effective communication. Highly organized, with strong time management skills and the ability to be resourceful when necessary, to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
