Key Responsibilities Connect with individuals who have filled out a form to assess their eligibility for compensation, using an automated dialer to manage a high volume of connections (40-50 callers per day) Utilize exceptional communication skills to listen, answer questions, and provide empathetic support to callers, while also meeting monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to drive retention, upsell, and cross-sell rates Multitask effectively, navigating multiple windows, phone software (VICI), and our Proprietary Customer Relationship Database (CRM) to ensure seamless and efficient customer interactions Participate in training and learning opportunities to expand your knowledge and skills, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices Adhere to all company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance and maintaining the highest standards of quality and integrity Assist with special projects as needed, demonstrating your flexibility and willingness to contribute to the team's success Troubleshoot and problem-solve basic IT issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximizing productivity Ideal Candidate To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
