Requirements and Qualifications To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent written communication skills, with a strong command of written English and the ability to communicate clearly and concisely through chat. You should be comfortable using computers and software applications, including chat software, email, and customer relationship management systems. Previous experience in a customer service or support role is preferred, but not required, as we provide comprehensive training to ensure your success in this position.
