Job Summary As a Remote Client Service Specialist at Fiserv, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients by answering technical inquiries, resolving issues, and providing operational servicing support. This is a fast-paced, high-volume call center role that requires strong communication skills, technical savvy, and a customer-focused mindset. You will work in a remote environment, using state-of-the-art equipment to connect with clients quickly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities: Receive inbound calls from financial institution partners, answering questions and driving issues to resolution to the client’s satisfaction. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing operational servicing support and issue resolution. Identify in-house knowledge articles and technical documents to help assist clients and provide a WOW experience. Provide level 1 technical support to resolve issues before escalating. Work in a quiet and secure environment to manage a consistent flow of calls and client interaction without disruption or distraction. Requirements Essential Qualifications: Must be a Nebraska resident. High school diploma or GED required. Minimum of one year of consistent experience working in the financial services/banking field interacting with clients. Must be able to follow established guidelines to accomplish tasks. Experience working on multiple programs/platforms simultaneously. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to communicate in a concise, clear, and professional manner. Experience in a call center environment or remote (work from home) office experience strongly preferred. Preferred Qualifications: Two years of experience in a customer-facing call center environment, preferably with a financial institution (bank or credit union). Strong work tenure with previous roles lasting a year or more. Skills and Competencies To succeed in this role, you will need: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
