Experienced Remote Consultant – Financial Planning and Analysis with OneStream Expertise

Job Summary We're looking for a highly skilled Remote Consultant to support our customers, internal staff, and partners throughout their implementations and post-implementation experiences. As a Remote Consultant, you'll provide support and enablement for our customers, partners, and internal resources, utilizing your expertise in OneStream and financial planning and analysis. Key Responsibilities Perform application reviews and provide post-project go-live support and consulting to customers Troubleshoot data discrepancies and analyze consolidated data, customer issues, member formulas, and business rules Build reports, security models, custom dashboards, and custom event processes Assist during customer transitions and build integrations Gather business requirements regarding application support requests and work with the application services team to apply knowledge of OneStream product and features Create Knowledge Base documents to develop best practices and submit enhancement requests and bugs on behalf of customers and/or partners Work with Development teams to test software enhancements and new functionality Assist in UAT of future OneStream software releases and custom AAS Solutions Track tasks Effectively communicate throughout the lifecycle of an open ticket/issue with customers Help build and test content for Trainings, Events, and Conferences Requirements and Qualifications Essential Qualifications College diploma or Bachelor's Degree in a technology-related field or equivalent work experience 5+ years of full-time accounting/finance experience (or equivalent) 2-5 years of experience consulting for CPM software implementations or development SQL, VB.Net, C#, or similar coding experience Financial Skills (in-depth understanding of financial concepts, intercompany eliminations, General Ledgers, debits, credits, etc.) Understanding, analyzing, and articulating common business processes and decisions to develop easy-to-use customer solutions Outstanding MS Office skills, specifically with Excel Preferred Qualifications A professional accounting designation (e.g., CPA, CMA, CGA, CA), advanced degrees (MBA, MFA), and/or other professional designations or certifications (applicable to accounting/finance and information technology) Prior experience with any of the following products: OneStream XF SAP Outlooksoft BPC SAP BOFC (Cartesis) HFM (Hyperion Financial Management) FDM (Financial Data Quality Management) or UpStream Hyperion Planning Hyperion Essbase IBM Cognos Or other EPM solutions Personal Attributes Ability to troubleshoot with little supervision Ability to manage project deliverables and complete multiple tasks on time with specific requirements Ability to effectively operate independently or in a team environment Organized Strong decision-making skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Self-motivated, self-starter Excellent analytical skills Ability to think fast on their toes Ability to evaluate pros and cons Prioritization skills Comfortable communicating with all levels of management Legally authorized to work for any company in the country where this position is located without sponsorship What We Offer At OneStream, we're committed to providing an exceptional work environment and benefits package to support the well-being and growth of our team members.
