As a remote contact center chat representative, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch service, resolving inquiries, and promoting arenaflex's products and services to its valued members. Job Overview The remote contact center chat representative is responsible for serving members' needs through various channels, including chat, messaging, email, and phone. As a one-stop shop, you will provide resolution on a range of topics, such as debit cards, disputes, deposits, NSF fees, transfers, and more. You will also be responsible for cross-selling arenaflex's products and services, opening and closing deposit accounts, and maintaining a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's offerings. A Day in the Life A typical day as a remote contact center chat representative at arenaflex includes: Efficiently and effectively answering member inquiries, solving problems, and assisting with transactions and lending inquiries through digital channels, including email, web and mobile messaging, chat, and text. Providing support to ensure online membership applications are completed and submitted within a timely manner. Effectively discussing members' needs on financial matters through multiple remote technology secured/unsecured access channels. Acting as a subject matter expert for all online products and services, including Online Banking, Bill Pay, Mobile Deposit, External Transfers, Online Account Opening, Mobile Banking, Chat, and Text Support. Maintaining a strong working knowledge of arenaflex's products and services. Skills and Qualifications To succeed as a remote contact center chat representative at arenaflex, you will need: A High School Diploma or equivalent. 1 year of experience in a customer service position. Excellent oral, written, and telephone communication skills. Strong problem-solving and member service skills. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products, especially Word, Excel, and PPT. To meet the requirements for arenaflex's Telecommuting Program, which includes: A dedicated workspace. A secure and strong internet connection. Not being a caretaker for any dependents (adult or child) for the entirety of the scheduled shift. An environment free from loud noises or outside distractions. Work Schedule and Travel The work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM. Travel is not necessary for this position. However, the first 60 days will be on-site for training at arenaflex's Corporate Campus.
