About the Role In this exciting opportunity, you will be working independently from home in your secured workspace, collaborating with management and co-workers in a remote setting. Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues, and maintaining the highest standards of quality. You will be expected to navigate multiple applications, research solutions, and provide product solutions to our customers.
