Job Overview In this role, you will act as a trusted resource for automotive dealerships, providing timely and accurate solutions to their inquiries and concerns. You will utilize your computer skills to research requests, track vehicle shipments, assist with car warranties, and escalate critical orders as needed. Your excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, will enable you to provide fantastic service over the phone, via chat, email, and other communication channels. We will provide you with comprehensive training to ensure you have the skills and knowledge necessary to succeed in this role.
