Job Overview We're seeking an experienced and skilled Remote Customer Service Agent to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Service Agent, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, handling inbound and outbound calls, scheduling appointments, answering questions, and performing various back-office functions. Key Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include: Answering incoming calls, voicemails, and emails in a timely and professional manner, serving as the first point of contact for customers Making outgoing calls to customers for scheduling, answering questions, or providing updates, with a target of 30-50 calls per day Daily checking of job statuses, making update calls/emails to customers, and communicating with other office staff or technicians Reviewing prior day's completed calls and identifying follow-up actions to ensure seamless customer service Routing the next day's calls for each technician to minimize drive time and optimize efficiency Messaging the company owner and Parts Manager regarding jobs that require parts after the next day's parts have been pulled Submitting the Daily KPIs form and sending reminder calls from SD at the end of each day In addition to your primary responsibilities, you will also be expected to perform secondary tasks, such as: Categorizing recorded incoming calls and updating spreadsheets, SOPs, and policies as changes occur Updating the Scheduling Info spreadsheet when technicians gain new capabilities or the company starts servicing new brands Updating the High Volume Customer spreadsheet when new warranty companies are onboarded When you have completed your primary and secondary tasks, you will also be expected to perform other duties, including: Conducting follow-up survey calls (happy calls) and filling out forms with customer responses Calling lists of customers with ice machines to schedule semi-annual servicing Searching for interesting blog articles from other appliance repair companies and sending links to the owner Adding to the list of appliance repair companies in South Carolina and checking prices for select parts at suppliers Participating in company staff meetings, training others on your job functions, and filling in for colleagues when they're absent Qualifications, Skills, and Key Competencies To be successful as a Remote Customer Service Agent at arenaflex, you will need: Previous experience in customer service, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment Excellent call handling skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers The ability to work in a high-pressure environment, meeting KPIs and company goals while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities Proficiency in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At arenaflex, we're committed to supporting the career growth and development of our team members.
