Proactively identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling to enhance client satisfaction and company revenue, utilizing your sales skills and knowledge of our products and services. Monitor client satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring that our clients receive exceptional service and support. Lead and train a team of remote agents, providing coaching, guidance, and feedback to ensure high performance and adherence to company standards. Requirements and Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a strong passion and drive to succeed, with a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Prior experience in customer service, management, or sales is advantageous but not required.
