Job Overview In this exciting role, you will be working remotely as an inbound/outbound sales associate, assisting customers with reaching mortgage brokers for home refinancing or buying/selling of homes, and providing support with payments or changes on accounts. Key Responsibilities Provide extraordinary experiences to existing customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills Effectively promote and sell products and services to meet and exceed self-set sales goals Overcome customer reluctance and objections through persuasive communication and negotiation skills Read and communicate well in English, both verbally and in writing Type and navigate computer systems while holding conversations with customers Sit for long periods of time and work in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment Navigate multiple computer systems and software applications with ease Meet and exceed sales goals and performance metrics Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high level of professionalism, honesty, and drive, with a passion to excel in sales and customer service. You will also require excellent communication, problem-solving, time management, organization, and multi-tasking abilities. Additionally, you must be comfortable working on the phone with customers in a high-volume call center environment and be able to listen to customer challenges and issues, provide assistance towards a potential resolution, and drive overall sales. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, preferred qualifications for this role include previous experience in sales, customer service, or a related field, as well as a strong understanding of the real estate and mortgage industry.
