Key Responsibilities Assist external users of our technical products or services by answering questions, investigating issues, and providing timely resolutions. Troubleshoot basic and routine technical issues, including hardware, software, networking, or other designated client products. Utilize customer experience-focused troubleshooting approaches to de-escalate customer concerns and maximize opportunities to build rapport. Follow established escalation paths to resolve technical issues, including making follow-up outbound calls to customers or other parties as needed. Solve unstructured problems that require extensive conceptual thinking skills and ensure service delivery meets contractual Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Greet customers in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner, using agreed-upon procedures and demonstrating empathy in all interactions. Essential Qualifications To succeed in this role, you should possess: One year of related technical experience (preferred). A non-Apple, non-Chromebook personal desktop or laptop (bring your own device). Relevant technical expertise related to the program, including working knowledge of hardware, software, networking, data storage, troubleshooting, and repair (preferred). Courteous and strong customer service orientation, with the ability to effectively communicate both written and verbally. Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Dependable and proficient attention to detail, with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Skilled in multi-tasking, with the ability to be flexible and adapt to changes quickly. Preferred Qualifications While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable: Previous experience in a technical support or customer service role. Knowledge of industry-specific software or technologies. Certifications or training in technical support, customer service, or a related field. Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment.
