Primary Function As a Customer Service Associate at blithequark, you will be the frontline ambassador for our brand, inspiring customers to think of us first. Duties and Responsibilities As a Remote Customer Service Associate, your key responsibilities will include: Working with urgency to ensure availability to customers as needed Taking ownership of each interaction, driving the conversation, addressing and anticipating customer needs, and creating an effortless experience Meeting or exceeding quality standards during each interaction Efficiently using multiple systems to provide information on pricing, availability, product selection, and specifications, as well as processing orders, returns, and customer account inquiries Maintaining a positive perception within the department and consistently executing on individual and team goals Completing necessary product training courses and participating in required training to ensure compliance with HAZMAT and refrigerant regulations Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need: A high school diploma (Bachelor's Degree preferred) Competence in computer and communications technology Effective and professional relationships with fellow employees, internal business partners, and customers Teamwork and people skills Internet requirements: minimum 15MBPS download speed and 5MBPS upload speed (satellite internet access is not acceptable) Bilingual skills are a plus Essential Skills and Competencies To excel in this role, you will need to possess: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities Empathy and a customer-obsessed mindset Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations Strong time management and organizational skills Proficiency in using multiple systems and technologies Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits At blithequark, we're committed to helping you grow and develop in your career.
