Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that patients receive the necessary prescription coverage by verifying essential information, following up with providers, and entering data accurately. As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you will be part of a dynamic team that is truly making a difference in the healthcare sector. Key Responsibilities Manage and process incoming faxes containing information from healthcare providers, patients, and medications, ensuring that all essential data is complete and accurate. Verify that all necessary information is complete, including dates of birth and medication dosages, to confirm prescription coverage. Proactively follow up with providers to obtain any missing data, demonstrating exceptional communication and problem-solving skills. Enter data accurately to confirm prescription coverage, maintaining attention to detail and ensuring that all information is up-to-date. Handle around 20 inbound calls daily to verify and gather the same information, providing exceptional customer service and support to healthcare providers. Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a minimum of 6 months of experience in customer service, preferably within a call center setting. You should have exceptional attention to detail, strong communication abilities, and be proficient in managing both fax and phone communications efficiently. Additionally, you must be a resident of Massachusetts to comply with arenaflex policy. Preferred Qualifications While not essential, previous experience in the healthcare sector or a related field would be highly desirable. You should also be eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced work environment, demonstrating a commitment to ongoing professional development and growth.
