Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring each customer feels valued and understood. Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that address customer queries effectively, reflecting our commitment to quality and precision. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating our dedication to prompt and attentive service. Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational efficiency and customer experience. Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, maintaining a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality of each interaction.
