About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Remote Chat Agent to join our team. This full-time, non-exempt position is centered around professionally acknowledging and responding to customer inquiries via chat and text messages in a timely and courteous manner. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will be the face of blithequark, embodying our values of excellence, empathy, and efficiency in every interaction. Key Responsibilities Respond to and engage in conversation with inbound chat and text messages, ensuring each customer feels valued and understood. Provide thoughtful and grammatically correct responses that address customer queries effectively, reflecting our commitment to quality and precision. Engage with conversations within 1 minute of receipt, demonstrating our dedication to prompt and attentive service. Identify and report system errors or anomalies, contributing to the continuous improvement of our operational efficiency and customer experience. Work a set minimum number of conversations per hour, maintaining a high level of productivity while ensuring the quality of each interaction. Operate within multiple software platforms, showcasing your adaptability and technical proficiency in a fast-paced environment. Education and Skills Required To excel in this role, you should possess a solid foundation in the following areas: Knowledge of the Automobile Industry: A keen understanding of makes and models of vehicles, enabling you to provide informed and relevant support to our customers. Work Schedule Your work schedule will be subject to change based on department needs, but you can expect to work one of the following schedules: Monday (OFF), Tuesday (OFF), Wednesday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Thursday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Friday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), Saturday (11:00 AM - 9:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF). Monday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Tuesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Wednesday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), Thursday (OFF), Friday (OFF), Saturday (12:00 PM - 10:00 PM), and Sunday (OFF).
