Key Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries via chat and provide outstanding customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues Identify and resolve customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner, escalating complex issues to senior team members when necessary Accurately document customer interactions and update customer records, maintaining the highest level of data integrity and confidentiality Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction, sharing knowledge and best practices to continuously improve our services Stay up-to-date with blithequark products, services, and promotions, providing accurate and informative responses to customer inquiries Essential Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a remote or work-from-home environment Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult customers with patience, empathy, and professionalism Proficient in computer and internet use, as well as software applications such as Microsoft Office Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment Preferred Qualifications Previous experience working with blithequark products and services Knowledge of customer service software and technology, including chat platforms and CRM systems Certifications in customer service, such as CCSP or CSS Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds Skill and Competency Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and time management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
