About the Role As a Remote Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you will play a vital role in guiding our customers to achieve their travel package goals. You will be responsible for serving as a member of our virtual team, participating in monthly calls and meetings, and embodying our company's mission and core values. Your primary objective will be to understand the needs of our customers and work closely with them to create personalized itineraries that exceed their expectations. Key Responsibilities Exemplify blithequark's Core Values and Mission Statement to live out our culture and promote a positive and professional attitude Foster teamwork by collaborating with and helping teammates, ensuring that no client falls through the cracks Surprise and delight each client by innovating and consistently delivering exceptional customer experiences Respond to client requests and questions in a timely and professional manner Apply for payments, send out payment reminders, and manage flight changes and seat assignments Handle concierge-related details for clients, including spa, touring, dinner reservations, and other special requests Correspond with clients on preferences, assist with arranging surprises and welcome notes, and notify hotels of client preferences in a timely manner Prepare client documents and travel tips, either electronically or in hard copy, and advise clients on what to print and when Assist with distributing information to and coordinating internal and/or team needs as required Update daily activity, reporting, and status in our cloud-based CRM to ensure seamless communication and collaboration Set schedules and manage time effectively and efficiently to meet deadlines and deliver results Manage client profiles and bookings, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Serve as backup travel support/main point of contact as needed in case of emergencies, which may occur outside of normal office hours Continuously grow in savvy and proficiency to implement tools that heighten our remote workplace culture and promote collaboration and innovation Essential Qualifications To be successful in this role, you must be a driven self-starter with a positive attitude, proactive approach, and trustworthy nature.
