As a key member of our customer service team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support. Job Role and Responsibilities The Customer Service Representative/Dispatcher will be responsible for a wide range of duties, including but not limited to: Dispatching service technicians according to their schedules, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery to our customers. Answering incoming service calls, adjusting technician schedules as needed, and resolving customer issues in a prompt and courteous manner. Maintaining customer satisfaction by investigating concerns, routing them to the proper staff, and responding to special requirements. Matching the type of service required with availability, location, and duration of service to maximize productivity, profitability, and efficiency. Making outbound calls to keep the schedule filled and maintain our membership base, ensuring consistent growth and customer retention. Being a supportive and collaborative teammate to coworkers, contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Educating customers on our Membership benefits, promoting loyalty and long-term customer relationships. Requirements for Success To excel in this role, you will need: Previous experience in a call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service. Typing skills of approximately 70 words per minute, with high accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers, technicians, and other team members. A strong ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively within a team, to achieve common goals. Familiarity with main cities and locations in Northern Virginia, with the ability to navigate and provide directions as needed. A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues efficiently. Remote Work Requirements To ensure your success in this remote role, you will need to provide: High-speed internet, with a reliable and stable connection. A quiet workspace with minimal background noise, allowing you to focus on customer interactions and tasks. arenaflex will provide a laptop and cell phone to support your work, ensuring you have the necessary tools to excel in this position. Compensation and Benefits This role offers a competitive hourly rate of $16-$19, depending on experience, with opportunities for commission-based earnings averaging an additional $100-$1000+ per month.
