About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to join our team on a part-time basis. As a key member of our operations, you will play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry processes. Key Responsibilities Review syndicated loan notices for manual extraction and data input, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Review automated data extraction results, identifying and resolving any discrepancies or issues Work independently with minimal supervision, adhering to strict deadlines and maintaining high levels of productivity Communicate effectively with colleagues and stakeholders through verbal and written communication, including email Demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities Work Schedule This is an hourly position with core hours between 9:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. (CST). You will be required to work a minimum of 4 hours per shift, with a minimum of 8 hours expected during peak days (typically 2-3 days per month). The number of days worked per month will vary, typically ranging from 3 to 10 days, and will be determined based on business needs. Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: At least 1 year of relevant experience in data entry or a related field Proficiency in all current technology and Microsoft Office 365 programs, including laptop functionality, video conferencing software (e.g., Microsoft Teams), and online software programs for data entry Ability to utilize multiple web applications simultaneously and find specific data points based on guidance and logical reasoning Flexibility in terms of work hours and workdays, with the ability to adapt to changing business needs Strong communication and analytical skills, with excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future Essential Skills and Competencies In addition to the qualifications listed above, the ideal candidate will possess: Strong technical skills, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve issues efficiently Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, with a strong sense of self-motivation and discipline Career Growth and Development Opportunities At arenaflex, we are committed to supporting the growth and development of our team members.
