About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Customer Service Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for providing product and service information, resolving technical issues, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Our team leaders manage a team of 5-10 representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure their success. Key Responsibilities Answer incoming phone calls and emails, providing timely and effective support to customers Communicate internally with colleagues and managers to resolve issues and improve processes Document and update customer records, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail Develop a strong understanding of internal and external proprietary software, troubleshooting common issues and providing solutions to customers Collaborate with colleagues and managers to achieve team goals and objectives Provide superior customer service, building rapport with clients and delivering exceptional experiences Qualifications and Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need: An Associate's degree or equivalent work experience Previous experience in customer service, with a preference for insurance or financial services Good verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner Basic knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, and email, with the ability to learn new software and systems A proactive and flexible approach, with the ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks A strong understanding of customer service principles, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences Minimum equipment requirements, including a hard drive with 20 GB or more of available space, an operating system of Windows 10 or Mac with a minimum i5, and a hard-wired internet connection with a minimum download speed of 10 Mbps and upload speed of 3 Mbps Must reside in the United States and pass a background check What We Offer At arenaflex, we are committed to providing our team members with a supportive and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for career growth and development.
